    Fresh Mozzarella Pizza -- e-w

    Fresh Mozzarella Pizza -- e-w
    Serves: 8

    1 lb. store bought pizza dough
    1 T. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 lb. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/8-in. slices
    3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
    2 T. chopped fresh basil

    Preheat oven to 450-F. Using your finger tips or heel of your hand, spread the dough to cover the bottom of a 12-in. pizza pan, creating a rim at the edges. Prick dough with a fork 15-20 times.

    In a small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic; mix well and brush over crust. Top with cheese and tomato slices. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until crust is crisp and brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with basil. Serve immediately.
