    Dilly Salad Croutons -- e-w
    Yield: 3 cups

    4 c. cubed French bread
    Garlic-flavored nonstick cooking spray
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. butter-flavored sprinkles

    Place bread in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Spray evenly cooking spray; sprinkle with dill and butter-flavored sprinkles. Bake at 300º for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Store in an airtight container.

    One 1/2-cup serving equals: 53 calories…1 gm fat (trace saturated)…0 cholesterol...118 mg sodium…10 gm carbohydrate…1 gm fiber…2 gm protein +++EXC: 1/2 starch +++WWP: 1
