    Tasty Tahini Dressing

    Light and Easy Diabetes Cuisine by Betty Marks
    Makes about 1/2 cup.
    Yield: 8 Servings

    - 1/4 cup tahini
    - 6 tablespoons water
    - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    - Dash red (cayenne) pepper

    Blend all ingredients together with a wire whisk.
