    Light ’n’ Easy Ambrosia -- e-w
    Plan ahead…needs to chill for at least 1 hour.
    Serves: 8

    1 20-oz. can pineapple chunks in light syrup, drained
    1 6-oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
    1 11-oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. (8 oz.) low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 T. sweetened flaked coconut

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss until evenly coated with the yogurt. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

    1/2-cup serving equals: 98 calories…1 gm fat (1 gm saturated)…2 mg cholesterol…26 mg sodium…21 gm carbohydrate…1 gm fiber…2 gm protein +++EXC: 1-1/2 carbohydrate +++WWP: 2
