    Cabbage Parsley Slaw

    Cabbage Parsley Slaw
    Plan ahead…needs to refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Serves: 10

    1 medium head cabbage, shredded (about 6 cups)
    2 c. minced fresh parsley
    1 celery rib, chopped
    6 turkey bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
    1-1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 T. + 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. onion powder

    In a large bowl, toss the first 4 ingredients. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    One serving equals: 75 calories…428 mg sodium…7 mg cholesterol…12 gm carbohydrate…3 gm protein…2 gm fat…3 gm fiber ++++ Exchanges: 2-1/2 vegetable…1/2 fat ++++ WWP: 1
