    Four Season Fruit Slaw -- e-w
    Serves: 6

    4 c. (10-oz.) coleslaw mix
    1/2 c. chopped dated – or – pitted prunes, chopped
    1/3 c. seedless raisins
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 T. apricot – or – peach fruit spread
    1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted

    Toss together the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together the mayonnaise and fruit spread until blended in a small bowl. Add to coleslaw; toss evenly to coat. Chill 30 minutes. Stir in almonds before serving.

    One serving equals: 143 calories…3 gm fat (trace saturated)…3 gm protein…28 gm carbohydrate…0 mg cholesterol…150 mg sodium…3 gm fiber +++EXC: 1-1/2 vegetable…1-1/2 fruit…1/2 fat +++WWP: 3
