    Serves: 4

    - 1-1/2 cups (4 oz) fusilli or farfalle, cooked, room temperature
    - 1 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
    - 1 medium tomato, chopped
    - 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    - 1/4 cup sliced celery
    - Creamy Dressing (recipe follows)

    Combine pasta, cabbage, tomato, bell pepper, and celery in bowl; stir in dressing.

    CREAMY DRESSING
    Makes about 1/2 cup

    - 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    - 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
    - 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
    - 1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Directions: Mix all ingredients.

    One serving (including dressing) equals: Calories: 139, Fat: 1.2 g, cholesterol: 0.9 mg, Sodium: 156 mg, Protein: 5.4 g, Carbohydrate: 27.3 g ++++ Exchanges: 1 Vegetable, 1-1/2 Starch
