    CRAN-RAISIN CHUTNEY

    - 1 can (10 ounces) whole cranberries
    - Peel of 1 lemon
    - 1/4 cup raisins
    - 1 teaspoon grated ginger
    - 1 teaspoon dry mustard
    - 1 tart green apple, peeled, cored, diced
    - 1 onion, chopped
    - 1/2 red, green, or yellow bell pepper, chopped
    - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
    - 1/4 cup brown sugar
    - 1/2 teaspoon salt
    - 1 clove garlic, minced

    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; simmer, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens, about 1 hour. Cool and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
