    Recipe Introduction

" This is just a good old-fashioned Sloppy Joe recipe. Just slap some on a bun and enjoy! " Makes 8 servings

    1-1/2 pounds ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    1 cup water
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
