    Tuna Egg Salad -- e
    Serves: 3 (1-1/4-cups)

    1 hard cooked egg, chopped
    1 3-oz. can light tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
    3 T. light mayonnaise
    2 tsp. prepared mustard

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

    Options: Spoon into tomatoes, use as a sandwich filling or serve with crackers.

    1/3 of recipe equals: 129 calories…396 mg sodium…86 mg cholesterol…7 gm carbohydrate…11 gm protein…6 gm fat ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 meat…1 vegetable
