    Turkey Sloppy Joes -- e

    Turkey Sloppy Joes
    Serves: 6

    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. no-salt-added ketchup
    3 T. barbecue sauce
    1 T. prepared mustard
    1 T. vinegar
    1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 whole wheat hamburger buns, split

    In a nonstick skillet, cook the turkey and onion for 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Add the next 7 ingredients; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on buns.
