    Three Berry Sauce -- e-w
    Yield: 2-1/4-cups

    2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 T. orange peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1/8 tsp. allspice

    2/3 c. frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
    2/3 c. frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed

    In a saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the cranberries pop, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; add the strawberries and raspberries. Cook until heated through. Remove from the heat; cool. Store in the refrigerator.

    One 1/4-cup serving equals: 108 calories…trace fat (trace saturated) 0 cholesterol…67 mg sodium…29 gm carbohydrate…2 gm fiber…trace protein +++EXC: 2 fruit +++WWP: 2
