    Serves: 6

    - 8 ounces imitation crab meat
    - 1 package (10 ounces) stir-fry vegetables with season packet
    - 1 teaspoon ginger
    - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

    Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook crab, vegetables and ginger for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix sauce packet with 1/4 cup water and add to skillet. Heat for 1 minute. Add vinegar and heat for 1 more minute.
