3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes (yams)
1/2 cup sugar ***To cut carbohydrates use Splenda Granular.
    1 large egg
    1 large egg white
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated skimmed milk
    1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Praline Topping:
1 cup light brown sugar ***You can also use 1/2 c. Brown Sugar Twin with 1/2 c. of the brown sugar to cut carbohydrates and calories

    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    6 tablespoons margarine, melted
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
