    Greens w/Balsamic Vinaigrette -- e-w
    Yield: 2/3 c. vinaigrette

    1 T. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. water
    2 T. olive or canola oil
    1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    1 T. minced fresh basil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    Optional: Salad greens & vegetables of your choice

    In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first 6 ingredients; shake well. Serve over greens if desired.

    2 Tablespoons Vinaigrette only equals: 53 calories…6 gm fat (1 gm saturated)…0 cholesterol…77 mg sodium…1 gm carbohydrate…trace fiber…trace protein. +++EXC: 1 fat +++WWP: 1
