    Parmesan Broccoli and Mushrooms

    Serves: 4

    1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
    1 4-1/2-oz. jar Sliced mushrooms (drained
    2 T. fat free margarine
    1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

    While broccoli is still warm, combine remaining ingredients. Toss and serve.

    One serving equals: 51 calories…2 gm fat (1 gm saturated)…291 mg sodium…5 gm protein…5 gm carbohydrate…4 mg cholesterol…3 gm fiber ++++ WWP: 1
