    Proven�al grilling mixture for fish

    Recipe Introduction


    Makes enough for three to four pounds of fish.

    List of Ingredients




    1 tablespoon fennel seeds
    1/4 cup cracked coriander seeds or ground coriander
    2 tablespoons cracked black peppercorns
    2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
    3 tablespoons coarse kosher salt or sea salt
    3 bay leaves, crumbled

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a jar. Twist the lid on so it's airtight and shake well.
