    1 bottle (355 mL) VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
    1 Tbsp. (15 mL) liquid honey
    1 tsp. (5 mL) fresh ginger, minced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 ½ lb. (750 g) flank steak, sliced
    1 Tbsp. (15 mL) vegetable oil
    1 tsp. (5 mL) corn flour, mixed with a little water
    2 Tbsp. (30 mL) minced chives

    Recipe



    In a bowl, mix the VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce, honey, ginger and garlic.
    Marinate the beef in this mixture for 10 minutes or more in the refrigerator.
    Drain excess marinade from beef.
    Heat the oil in a wok or nonstick frying pan, then brown the beef pieces over high heat for 5 minutes.
    Add the marinade, then the corn flour and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
    Decorate with minced chives.
