    Cranberry spinach salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 package of spinach
    1/2 cup craisins
    red onion slices

    Dressing

    4 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup lime juice
    2 tablespoons dijon mustard

    Recipe



    Wash and dry spinach. Divide among 4 salad plates. Top each with 2 tablespoons craisins and onion slices

    Dressing

    Combine dressing ingredients in a small glass mixing bowl using a wire whisk. Heat in microwave oven on high for 1 minute. Makes about 1 cup.
