    3-4 anchovy fillets
    1-2 garlic cloves
    1 tablespoon dijon mustard
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup olive oil

    Recipe



    Put all ingredients in food processor and mix. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
