    Cherries In The Snow

    I've had this for years and years, a co-worker gave it to me.

    Recipe Introduction


    This is very rich but oh so yummy! :)

    List of Ingredients




    Crust : 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup melted margarine
    1/2 cup sugar


    Filling : 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

    2 cans of cherry pie filling
    lemon juice
    Cool Whip

    Recipe



    Crust : Mix ingredients well together. Save 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Press rest in 9x12 pan.

    Filling : Mix till well blended. Pour on graham cracker crust and bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool.

    Mix 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to two cans of cherry pie filling - spread over crust. Top with Cool Whip and chill in refrigerator overnight.
