    List of Ingredients


    • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    • 6 T butter, melted
    • 1 medium onion, minced
    • 1 T poppy seeds


    Instructions


    1. Divide dough into thirds.
    2. Roll each section into a 36 inch rope. Combine butter,
    3. onion, poppy seeds in a large bowl. Dip each rope in
    4. mixture and place side by side on a large cookie sheet.
    5. Pinch ends together and braid. Place braid in deep
    6. dish baker. Pour remaining mixture over bread. Cover
    7. with baking bowl and let rise until doubled in size.
    8. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake covered 10 mins.
    9. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake 20
    10. mins. Remove baking bowl and bake 10-15 mins. until
    11. brown.
