    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup applesauce
    • 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • 1 cup gradulated sugar
    • 3 egg whites
    • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
    2. Set aside.
    3. In large bowl, whisk applesauce, sugar, egg whites,
    4. bananas, and vanilla.
    5. Add flour mixture all at once and stir to blend.
    6. Pour batter into greased 9x5x4 bread pan and bake at
    7. 350 degrees for 60 minutes until knife inserted in
    8. center comes out clean.
    9. Cool before slicing.
