    List of Ingredients


    • 1 stick melted oreo
    • 1 can cream style corn, drained
    • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, as is
    • 1 8 oz. container sour cream
    • 2 eggs
    • pinch of salt


    Instructions


    1. Mix oleo, eggs and sour cream.
    2. Beat until fluffy.
    3. Add the 2 cans of corn and muffin mix.
    4. Bake in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish at
    5. 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.
