    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb. sirloin ground
    • 1 can (8 oz. size) tomato soup
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 stick butter, diced up
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 can Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce (mild or hot)
    • 1 pkg. (3 cup size) Cheddar cheese
    • 1 pkg. Corn tortillia, form into small pieces


    Instructions


    1. Mix all the ingredients together.
    2. Pour into a well greased large casserole dish.
    3. cover with lid and bake.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.


    Final Comments


    Option: I like to add a pkg. of frozen corn and chopped up green pepper or even a jalapeno pepper for a more added flavor.
