List of Ingredients



• 1/2 cup shortening
  
• 3/4 cup peanut butter
  
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• 2 T milk
  
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  
• 1 T baking soda
  
• 1/2 tsp. salt
  
• MINI KISSES
  






Instructions



1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
   
   
2. In large bowl, beat shortening and peanut butter until
   
   
3. well blended. Add sugars, beat until light and fluffy.
   
   
4. Add egg, milk and vanilla, beat well.
   
   
5. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
   
   
6. Gradually add to peanut butter mixture, beating until
   
   
7. well blended.
   
   
8. Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
   
   
9. Roll in granulated sugar and place on ungreased
   
   
10. cookie sheet.
    
    
11. Bake 8-10 minutes.
    
    
12. Immediately place kisses into cookies.
