    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast strips
    • 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
    • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
    • 3 cups nacho chips


    Instructions


    1. Microwave chicken strips for 6 minutes.
    2. Mix cream of chicken soup and tomatoes and chilies
      in casserole dish.
    3. Stir in cooked chicken and coat.
    4. Layer 1/2 of nacho chips, chicken mixture, then 1/2
      of cheese in container.
    5. Repeat layering with chips, chicken and cheese.
    6. Microwave 8-12 minutes until cheese is melted and hot.


    Final Comments


    An option is to crush nacho chips, olives, tomatoes, etc. on top.
