    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups cooked chicken breast - cut up
    • 1 1/2 cup sliced celery
    • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 T. lemon juice
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • Dash of pepper
    • Mayonnaise
    • Tomato wedges or slices
    • 1 1/2 cup crushed plain potato chips


    Instructions


    1. Combine chicken, celery, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, lemon
      juice, seasoning and enough mayonnaise to moisten
      mixture. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish with lid
      and top with tomato wedges. Bake for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Top with remaining cheese and crushed
      potato chips.

    2. Bake until chees melts.
