    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. french's fried onions
    • 2 Tbsp. flour
    • 4 - 5oz. Chicken breast
    • 1 egg, beaten


    Instructions


    1. Crush onions with flour in plstic bag.
    2. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
    3. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees until cooked through.
