    Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

    List of Ingredients


    • 1lb. boneless, skinless chicken beast, cut into 1" pieces
    • 3/4 C. Lawry's Teriyaki Marinade, divided
    • 2 onion's, cut into 1" pieces
    • 1 red or green pepper, cut into 1" pieces
    • 1 - 8oz. pineapple slices, drained, cut into 1" pieces


    Instructions


    1. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add 1/2 Cup of marinade; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing.
    2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread chicken, vegetables and pineapple onto 8 skewers.
    3. Grill kabobs over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and veg. are tender. Brush with remaining marinade.
