    24 fresh mushrooms, raw
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion, raw
    1 tbsp. Frontier® Freeze-Dried Chives
    1/3 cup finely ground almonds
    1-1/2 tsp each Frontier® Chervil Leaf, Frontier® Tarragon, Frontier® Parsley
    1/8 tsp. Frontier® Sea Salt
    1/6 tsp. Frontier® Black Pepper

    Heat oven to 375º F. (165º C). Clean mushrooms and trim dry ends. Remove stems and carefully scoop out a small bit of center of caps to accommodate stuffing. Finely chop mushroom stems and scrapings. Heat oil in a large, non-stick skillet and add onion and mushroom bits and cook, stirring occasionally until onion has softened and mushrooms have given off their liquid, about 10 minutes. Add almonds and herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper. Stuff caps with mixture and bake in oven until browned, 15 - 20 minutes.
