Chili-Orange Glazed Country Ribs

4 lb. country-style pork ribs, bone-in
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup each orange marmalade, chili sauce
2 tbsp. each soy sauce, cider vinegar
1 tbsp. canola oil
Recipe
Place ribs and salt in a large pot with a cover or in a Dutch oven. Add enough water just to cover ribs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, to make glaze, in a medium bowl, whisk marmalade, chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and oil. Set aside. Heat a gas grill to medium or prepare a charcoal fire. Oil grill grates. Transfer ribs to grill and cook, turning and basting with glaze often, until ribs are well-browned and glossy, 20 - 30 minutes. Transfer to a platter to serve. Makes 8 servings.
