    Ingredients Per Serving
    1 tbsp. canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup low-fat milk
    1/2 half-ripe banana, sliced
    scant dash ground cinnamon
    dash vanilla powder
    optional whipped topping, dash pumpkin pie spice

    Recipe




    Place all ingredients in blender; blend well. Pour into large glass, serve immediately. Top with fresh whipped topping and additional vanilla powder and pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
    Tip: For a different twist, for canned pumpkin substitute 1/4 cup canned sweet potatoes, drained. Omit cinnamon.
