Short Cake Biscuits

List of Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
  
• 1/3 cup sugar
  
• 1 T. Baking powder
  
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  
• 1 large egg
  
• 1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons light cream
  

Instructions

1. Kneed 3 to 6 times
   
   
2. Roll out thickness 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch
   
   
3. Cut in 3 inch rounds
   
   
4. Place 2 inch apart on Baking sheet
   
   
5. Oven 400 degrees. Bake 15 minutes lightlty oil baking sheet.
   
   
6. Cool on racks.
