List of Ingredients




1 cup shedded dates
3/4 t. baking soda
1 cup boiling water
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 t. salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 cup nuts

Recipe




Preheat oven to 350* Mix togather dates,baking soda and boiling water.Add the egg and the syrup and mix well. Beat in the remaining ingredients.Por into a greased bread pan and bake for 1 hour or til done; cool
