    1-3/4 cups whole wheat flour
    1-1/4 cups bread flour
    5 tbsp.taco seasoning
    1-1/2 tbsp. dry milk
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1-1/4 cups water
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 tbsp. honey
    4 tsp. active dry yeast



    Recipe




    ` Fit kneading blade firmly on the shaft in bread pan. Add ingredients to machine in order recommended by mfgr. Place bread pan inside machine and close lid. Program
    breadmaker for whole wheat mode. The unit will begin its operation. At end of baking cycle, remove bread promptly from the machine, taking care, as oven surfaces will be very hot. Invert the bread onto a wire rack and shake several times to dislodge bread. Allow to cool completely on rack before slicing or wrapping for storage.
    Note: A perfect bread to accompany Mexican-inspired dishes, this rosy loaf gets its flavor and color from the taco seasoning.
