5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Recipe Introduction

My sister in law has made this ever bit of 6 times. Swears by it. She keeps no sweets around and when she wants somethingt sweet... She makes and eats all of it. SO GOOD. She uses a bowl.

List of Ingredients

1 large coffee mug
> 4 tbsp flour
> 4 tbsp sugar
> 2 tbsp cocoa
> 1 egg
> 3 tbsp milk
> 3 tbsp oil
> 3 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
> A small splash of vanilla extract


Recipe

> Add dry ingredients to mug, mix well.
> Add the egg, mix thoroughly.
> Pour in the milk and oil, mix well.
> Add chocolate chips (if using) & vanilla extract, mix again.
> Put your mug in the microwave & cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).
> The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
> Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

> EAT!!!! (This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).
