Apple Brunch Coffee Cake

List of Ingredients

1 pkg.(8 oz.) Philadelphia® cream cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp.each vanilla, baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1-3/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk
3 cups peeled apples, thinly sliced

Topping
1/2 cup each packed brown sugar, flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon



Recipe


Combine softened cream cheese, butter and sugar, mixing until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with milk, mixing well after each addition. Pour into greased and floured 9x13" baking pan. Top with apples. Topping: Combine brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350º F. (175º C) 45 - 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
