List of Ingredients




1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1 cup dates, sliced fine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
2 cups flour
2 cups applesauce
1 cup nuts coarsely chopped
1 cup chopped raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons soda



Recipe





DirectionsCream butter and sugar. Add well beaten egg, vanilla and the rest of the ingredients. Mix. Turn into well buttered pan. Bake slowly in moderate oven, 350 degrees 1 hour.
