Brownie Pudding Cake

List of Ingredients

1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa, divided
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
1-1/2 cups boiling water (Just hot will do as well, 3 min. in microwave;



Recipe


Heat oven to 350º F. (175º C). ;Add 2 tbsp. cocoa to 1st 4 ingredients, add milk, oil and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into greased, 8x8" or 7x9" dish. Mix brown sugar with remaining 4 tbsp. cocoa, sprinkle on top. Add boiling water as evenly as possible. Bake about 40 minutes.
Note: I use 1-3/4 c water for more sauce)
