Chocolate Miracle Whip Cake

List of Ingredients
Step 1:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
Combine and mix well.
Step 2:
2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 t. baking powder
Combine and add to step 1.
Recipe
Step 3:
1 1/4 c. cold water
Add water to batter, mixing well by hand or with an electric mixer. Pour into a greased, 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
Frosting:
1/3 c. flour
1 c. milk
Heat until mixture thickens, let cool.
In a small bowl, combine:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 stick margarine
1 t. vanilla
Beat until fluffy. Add to flour and milk mixture. Beat until well blended. Makes enough for 2-9×13 inch cakes. Stores in refrigerator for 2 months.
