    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 t. baking powder
    4 T. cocoa
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 t. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate chips
    Topping:
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 T. cocoa
    1 1/4 c. hot water



    Recipe





    Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt. Stir in oil, milk and vanilla. Add chocolate chips. Pour batter in a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 c. each white and brown sugar with 3 T. cocoa. Sprinkle topping on cake mixture. Pour hot water over all. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done. Serve
