    LEMONADE CAKE

    Recipe Introduction

    Had a few friends asking about this one.

    List of Ingredients

    1 package (18.25 ounces) lemon cake mix
    1 package (3ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup cold water
    1 can (6 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    1/2 cup sugar

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
    Combine cake mix,lemon pudding mix,eggs,oil and cold water.
    Mix until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
    Remove from oven and prick cake all over with a fork.
    Immediately pour the lemonade glaze (below) over the cake. Let cake stand in pan until cool.

    LEMONADE GLAZE:
    Combine thawed frozen lemonade and sugar. Mix thoroughly and pour over the still-warm cake.
