List of Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz. each) mandarin oranges
1 box (18.25 oz.) French vanilla cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 can frosting of choice
Recipe
Heat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). In a large bowl, pour 1 can mandarin oranges with juice. Drain remaining can of oranges, add to bowl. Add cake mix, eggs and oil. Mix well. Pour batter into a greased 13x9" baking pan. Bake 35 - 40 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting or whipped topping. Makes 12 servings.
