    CHOCOLATE CARROT CAKE

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup cocoa
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 teaspoon vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 cups shredded carrots
    4 oz can coconut


    Recipe

    In a large bowl, beat together all ingredients except carrots and coconut. Stir in carrots and coconut. Turn batter into a greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes. Then place on cooling rack until completely cooled.
