BROCCOLI - ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
1 16 oz. chopped broccole
1 141/2 oz. artichoke hearts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
8 oz. Mozarella cheese
Italian Cheese
Italian style bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to directions on box
Saute vegetables in olive oil
Grease Pyrex dish with butter.
Add cooked broccoli,
add cooked veggies and mix.
Add garlic salt to taste.
some bread crumbs (to hold together)
Add mozarella cheese and mix again.
Mix bread crumbs and italian cheese.
Sprinkle on top with more olive oil or butter.
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes uncovered.
