    List of Ingredients




    8 oz wide noodles (egg noodles)
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c sugar
    dash of salt
    2-3 T lemon rind
    16 oz cottage cheese
    8 oz cream cheese
    6 eggs lightly beaten
    8 oz sour cream
    2 c milk

    Topping:
    1 c corn flakes
    1/4 c slivered almonds
    1 c brown sugar

    Recipe



    Cook noodles and drain. In large bowl mix noodles with butter. Add sugar, salt, lemon rind and cheeses. Mix well add the eggs, sour cream and milk. Place in a greased or sprayed pan.

    Mix dry topping ingredients together in a blender (except butter). Sprinkle over the noodles and dot with the butter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Serves 12-14 people.

    Note: You can increase any of the ingredients to taste. I usually add more lemon rind and sugar.
