    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 cup chopped green onion
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 cup Bisquick®
    3/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 egg yolk
    1 tbsp. water

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Brown sausage and onions and drain. Add next 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl mix Bisquick, milk and mayonnaise. Spread 1/2 batter in a 9x9x2" greased pan. Pour in sausage mixture. Spread remaining Bisquick batter on top. Mix egg yolk and water, brush on top. Bake 25 - 30 minutes, until edges leave pan side. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 12 servings.
