List of Ingredients





1/2 C shortening
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C light brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 C peanut butter
1 TBS hot water
1 1/4 C flour


Recipe





Cream together shortening and all sugars. Beat in egg, peanut butter and water. Then gradually stir in flour a little at a time. Roll into 2 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Then criss cross design with floured fork. Bake @ 350 until light golden brown.
