    1/3 cup each sugar, salad oil
    3 bananas
    2 cups quick-cooking oats
    1-1/2 cups chopped dates
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 tsp.salt

    Recipe




    Heat oven to 375º F. (185º C). Mash bananas in large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tbsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 = 25 minutes or until done. Makes 30 cookies.
